GenAI Summit Europe is a professional, diverse and high-impact space for knowledge exchange in generative artificial intelligence, innovation and technology. This code establishes expected behavior standards to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants.

This code applies to all event participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, suppliers, organizing staff, volunteers, and anyone connected to official GenAI Summit Europe activities, whether in-person or online.

6. Image and Content Use

- • Attendees consent to incidental appearance in these materials.
- • Recording or sharing third-party content without express authorization is prohibited.
7. Compliance and Reporting
Violations should be reported to organizers through official channels or identified staff members. All reports receive confidential, diligent, and serious treatment.
8. Measures and Consequences
The organization reserves the right to apply appropriate measures for violations, including:

- • Immediate event expulsion without refund eligibility.
- • Prohibition from future editions.
